Role Overview

CC Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in regional South Australia. As a Locum Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments to patients across various settings, including community and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a range of conditions and needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized plans
  • Prescribe and recommend home modifications and equipment to support patient independence
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy living and independence

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of home modifications and equipment prescription
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
