Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Assisting clients with service requests for appointments and support
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge and understanding of services offered by the organization
  • Completing allocated tasks and projects assigned by the team leader accurately and within the required timeframes
  • Proficient use of all systems

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to be understanding and empathetic towards customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and resilient within a shift work environment
  • Capacity to deal with complex health matters, whilst maintaining emotional separation from the presenting issue
