Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the OSHC program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children in a safe and secure environment. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing programs that cater to children's strengths and interests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of the OSHC program, including staff supervision and training.
  • Development and implementation of programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and community partners.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certification and Training:
  • Blue Card.
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012).
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025).
  • Work Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator.
