Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Level 2 IT Support Consultant to join our Support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues and building strong relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing email, telephone, and remote access level 2 support for the HCM/payroll and ERP/accounting software.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with business partners.
  • Ensuring completeness and clarity in logging support and change requests.
  • Maintaining good working relationships between the Support, BusinessCare, and Development teams.
  • Owning support incidents and following through on commitment.
  • Assisting with software testing as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
