Seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineering Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on advanced data engineering solutions and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data engineering systems to support business intelligence use cases. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

  • Design and develop data engineering solutions using industry-leading technologies such as Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Azure Databricks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their requirements and develop data products that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large datasets.
  • Maintain and improve existing data engineering systems to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in data engineering with experience working with big data technologies.
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Databricks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
