Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished retail professional to lead our store team in achieving exceptional sales results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Drive sales and performance by coaching, motivating, and inspiring a high-performing team of passionate individuals.
  • Collaborate with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and development within the store and team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient store operations, including optimal sales performance, stock levels, visual merchandising, and wage control.
  • Motivate your team to achieve exceptional results in key performance indicators (KPIs) and added value targets.
  • Closely monitor store sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development.
  • Ensure efficient Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management and adhere to relevant state and national legislation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • A motivated and driven attitude.
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • The ability to think strategically and drive sales and KPIs.
  • Operational excellence, including stock control and visual merchandising experience.
  • Experience managing a roster and wage control effectively.
