**Social Work Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Grade 1 Social Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work clinically with patients, attend family meetings and meetings, and undertake other duties that support the social work department and its operations.

As a Grade 1 Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing counseling to patients and families
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary, clinical and staff meetings
  • Participating in quality improvement or research activities

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Social Work and the ability to work and contribute to team culture and work within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key skills required for this role include effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
