Diploma Qualified Educators Needed
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to help establish and create a lasting legacy at our early education and care centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recording individual observations on a regular basis and make suggestions for planning appropriate experiences.
- Respect and value each child's background and culture, and display anti-bias practices throughout the program, routine and interactions.
- Expose children to a variety of experiences that will extend interest and stimulate them.
- Assist in preparing children's transitions throughout the Centre.
- Build a positive relationship with children to develop trust between carer, child and parent.
- ACECQA-approved qualifications (e.g. Diploma Qualified Educators).
- Hold unrestricted Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- Full-Time Working Rights.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Ability to inspire and mentor educators to achieve best practices.
- Hourly rate: $31.66 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
