We are a leading clothing alterations and repairs franchise with over 120 locations in major shopping centers across Australia and New Zealand.

Our team is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our customer service position in Innaloo, WA.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A friendly and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Basic computer skills and experience in tailoring or garment construction
• Prior retail customer service experience in fashion apparel is preferred
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an 'I CAN DO' attitude
• Tailoring, machinist, or dressmaking experience is a bonus
