  • Manage medication error reporting and investigation processes.
  • Implement strategies to reduce medication errors and improve patient safety.
  • Manage the pharmacy's budget, including tracking expenses and revenue.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for pharmacy staff.
  • Perform employee evaluations and address performance issues.
Requirements
  • Past experience as a Pharmacy Service Manager or Pharmacist/Senior Pharmacist.
  • Past experience as a retail manager or working at a Pharmacy or chemist.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent sense of initiative and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with support team and pharmacist.
  • Ability to be well-organized and have great time management.
  • Willingness to travel from store to store along the coast of QLD.
  • Australian police check.
