Speech Pathologist Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with clients across the lifespan, from pre-schoolers to adults, in various locations, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.

  • This role offers a 12-week new graduate training program that covers multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topics, allowing you to build your caseload and deliver therapy interventions.

Key Program Components:

  • 12-week New Graduate training program
  • Opportunities to shadow experienced therapists
  • New Graduate peer meetings
  • Weekly clinical supervision
  • Reduced billable hours as you build your caseload and develop your clinical skills

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing timely and evidence-based intervention to people with disability, delivering tailored assessments and interventions within the scope of your practice.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with SPA
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability
  • An understanding of assessments and interventions within the scope of your practice
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region
  • WWCC & NDIS worker check
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
