Customer Experience Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team in the Southbank office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer relationships through regular contact and effectively managing your call plan to understand customer needs, journey, size & potential.
- Achieving individual and team revenue and distribution targets against call attempts/connections, sales conversion rates and customer loyalty.
- Supporting business change initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
- Utilizing sales tools and techniques to enhance sales capability.

You are ambitious, driven, and eager for a rewarding career that presents new challenges. With previous experience in an outbound sales role, you possess strong persuasiveness, active listening skills, and a focus on results.
You thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are detail-oriented and have a positive attitude towards growth and development.
