We're known for our delicious pies, pastries, and coffee, and we're poised for rapid growth over the next 3-5 years. As a Baker at Banjo's, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to maintain our consistent, high-quality standards.

The Opportunity

  • Produce a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and sweets, to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with our Production Manager and other Bakers to ensure seamless production and efficient workflows.
  • Adhere to Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends, to meet the demands of our busy stores.

About You

  • You'll be a positive and team-oriented individual with a passion for baking and a commitment to quality.
  • You'll have experience producing high-quality baked goods and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You'll be reliable, organized, and a good communicator, with a strong focus on delivering excellent results.
  • You'll be open to opportunities for growth and development within Banjo's, and be willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
