About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Microsoft Endpoint Management Specialist to join our team at Insentra. This role will involve delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and partners, working closely with our teams to design and deliver Microsoft endpoint management and security solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with partners and customers
  • Owning customer success
  • Identifying and developing opportunities for our partners and customers
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering projects for our customers, technical ownership and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft projects, and presales and technical architecture for a wide range of Microsoft services including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership in a project from start to finish, managing customer timelines, adoption, usage tracking, and building relationships. You will also assist with keeping our well-defined and successful Insentra methodologies current and forward-thinking.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years as a consultant and SME in End User Computing, particularly in Microsoft device management and security
  • Deep understanding of what makes for a great end-user experience on Windows in enterprise environments
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows 10/11, iOS, iPadOS, Android, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Microsoft Edge
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop and server OS systems including management and deployment, application packaging, deployment, and patching, Windows features, updates, and security components, PowerShell and other automation frameworks
  • Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policies, Active Directory Certificate Services, and Microsoft Configuration Manager
Desired Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure security services and non-Microsoft device management tools, skills with Microsoft Graph API and automation tools (Azure Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell), knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and VDI solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix), and understanding of Unix/Linux OS management.

Work Environment

This role is remote-based, located in Australia, with potential for visiting client sites.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
