Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience
  • Work collaboratively with our legal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient case management
  • Utilize multiple computer systems to record client information and update case details
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Technical proficiency in using multiple computer systems and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and proactive approach
