Clinical Excellence in CCL Registered Nursing

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced CCL Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a strong background in critical care and cardiac nursing, possessing excellent clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering individuals to take control of their care.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • 1 year recent experience in a CCL environment is essential.
  • Current Advanced Life Support Certification.
  • Postgraduate certificate in critical care/cardiac nursing is preferred.
  • Ability to work on a PPT basis (ideally a minimum 32 hours per week).
