Medical Professionals for Virtual Health Transformation

We are seeking medical professionals to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care through virtual health transformation.
Our organization specializes in providing acute hospital-level services to patients in their homes, leveraging cutting-edge platforms and clinical expertise to relieve health system pressures and enhance access to healthcare.
- Exercising experience in clinical diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and ongoing management of acute conditions.
- Managing acute presentations in the community for conditions such as cellulitis, community-acquired pneumonia, exacerbation COPD, VTE, and complicated UTI.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner with at least 5 years' experience as a medical registrar, General Practitioner, and/or with a specialty interest.
- The ability to apply theoretical knowledge and practical experience to determine the appropriate clinical diagnosis, investigations, and treatment of patients with acute conditions, in line with clinical risk and compliance frameworks.
- Confidence in providing virtual care, including reviewing biometric data trends to assist with early identification of deterioration.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism, with the ability to relate well with people of all interests, backgrounds, and abilities.
