Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce certified professional or early career consultant with experience in Marketing Automation or Digital fields.

  • Take ownership of clearly defined workstreams within smaller projects, working closely with senior team members.
  • Deliver hands-on solution tasks across configuration, testing, documentation, and training for clients and internal initiatives.
  • Contribute to business analysis and requirement gathering through interviews and workshop preparation or facilitation support.
  • Draft high-quality user stories, process maps, and solution documentation.
  • Assist with data migration and integration activities using established frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on client communication, risk tracking, and milestone reporting.
Qualifications
  • 1 – 3 years of Salesforce experience in system administration, marketing automation, or consulting roles.
  • At least 1 formal Salesforce Certification required or actively being pursued.
  • Experience with community-facing platforms such as Marketing Cloud or Wordpress is advantageous.
  • Ideally experience consulting on Web or Marketing Automation projects for clients using Salesforce.
Skills
  • Foundational understanding of Marketing Automations processes and tools.
  • Foundational understanding of Salesforce core objects, automation tools, and reporting features.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to understanding business processes.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
