We are excited to welcome an experienced leader to our team at Sheike As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving a successful business and providing exceptional customer connections.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Drive a customer-centric approach to sales and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Lead by example, inspiring team members to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Support the development of team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales, profit, and budget targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of the business and its operations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure effective stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear guidance and direction to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Represent Sheike as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and culture.

Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as a manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow and work in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve exceptional results, with a strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
