Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Sales Cycle Optimization Lead to join our team at Creative Activation. As a Sales Cycle Optimization Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales and operations teams by providing essential insights and maintaining accurate data sets.

About the Role:
  • Assist in tracking sales metrics and performance to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI) for various business cycles.
  • Maintain and update key operational data sets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all relevant systems and platforms.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales and operational performance, identifying areas of opportunity and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Support: Assist in tracking sales metrics and performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI for various business cycles.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain and update key operational data sets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all relevant systems and platforms.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales and operational performance, identifying areas of opportunity and recommending improvements.
  • Data Tracking & Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze operational data, identifying trends and inefficiencies to inform decision-making and improve performance.

About You:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau proficiency highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
