We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Hospitality Team Member to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You will be working in a team that is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and providing a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
  • Promoting our loyalty program and upselling drinks to increase revenue.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with regular customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A current RSA certificate is essential.
