Warehouse Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Assistant.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of warehouse procedures.

This is a permanent full-time position available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 6am - 3pm).

About the Role
  • Despatching and receipting of goods
  • Delivery of finished product to customer
  • Maintaining and dealing with customer queries
  • Stock replenishment in the warehouse
  • General warehouse duties, picking & packing, forklift driving
  • Assist with both internal and external customer inquiries
  • Comply with all OHS requirements
Requirements
  • Competent in Microsoft products
  • A current valid HR driver's license
  • Produce a clear driver history report
  • Forklift license
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of warehouse and OHS procedures
