This role is ideal for a Site Engineer eager to advance their career within a skilled and established team. You will play a vital role in supporting Queensland's infrastructure and population growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and on-site supervisors
  2. Engage with clients to discuss methodologies
  3. Oversee subcontractors and ensure effective construction delivery
  4. Manage scope of works including Bulk Earthworks, Utilities Installation, and Road/Pavement constructions
  5. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation during all site activities
  6. Plan, schedule, and budget projects while providing progress and cost reports
  7. Conduct Quality Assurance for construction delivery
  8. Handle procurement processes
Qualifications:
  1. Degree: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering
  2. Demonstrated track record in compliance and safety
  3. Experience in both self-performing and subcontracted works
  4. Ability to effectively cost and plan projects
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Previous experience in local subdivision projects is advantageous
