We seek an expert to lead e-commerce growth and develop strategies for online sales expansion.

  • Create and execute e-commerce plans to boost revenue and drive business results.
  • Owning the digital strategy, ensuring best-in-class online visibility, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and share insights.

You Will Bring:

  • Digital expertise: 5-8+ years in e-commerce and performance marketing, ideally in retail or premium consumer products.
  • Marketplace & trade marketing know-how: Experience growing brand presence and sales on platforms like Amazon and supporting retailer digital strategies.
  • CRM & automation experience: From strategy to execution, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge: Experience with SEM tools (Google Ads, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.), Google Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical mindset: Focus on performance metrics, growth strategies, and conversion optimisation.
  • Collaborative leadership: Ability to work across teams, manage external partners, and drive cross-functional success.
