Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Churches of Christ. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our residential aged care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and interventions, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor bespoke care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Monitor and document resident health status and progress, making referrals as needed to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Provide guidance and support to our care workers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
