Lead Solutions Architect

The role of a Lead Solutions Architect is to lead and manage the development of well-architected solutions for Media and Entertainment customers.

This position requires an experienced technical leader who can hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to coach Solutions Architects to conduct technical sessions with customers and formulate a customer-focused strategy to drive adoption of AWS solutions.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for guiding the development of high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices, including whitepapers and data sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technical strategy that increases customer value and adoption of well-architected AWS solutions
  • Manage and lead a team of Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers
  • Coach and mentor Solutions Architects to improve their technical skills and knowledge
  • Formulate and execute a customer-focused strategy to drive adoption of AWS solutions
  • Guide the development of high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices
