Formwork Specialist

Our manufacturing team requires skilled precast form workers to assist with the preparation of pre-cast formwork, pouring of concrete products, finishing of concrete products, and maintaining a tidy and organised factory environment.

Job Description:

  • Preparation of pre-cast formwork is a critical component of our production process. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that all formwork meets the required standards.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with the pouring of concrete products, ensuring that they meet our high quality standards.
  • Finishing concrete products involves applying the final touches to our products, ensuring that they are of the highest quality.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised factory environment is essential for our team's safety and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Concreting and/or carpentry work is essential for this role.
  • Experience in the preparation of formwork is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently is necessary.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are required to ensure effective collaboration with our team.
  • Commitment to Safety is paramount in this role, as you will be working in a fast-paced and potentially hazardous environment.
  • Attention to detail is critical, as small mistakes can have significant consequences.
  • A driven and motivated work ethic is essential for success in this role.
