We are seeking an experienced and skilled Program Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality executive-level education programs.
About the Role:
- This role requires a proven track record in end-to-end program delivery, including project management, team leadership, and technical skills.
- The successful candidate will have experience with online video conferencing tools, as well as technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Canvas LMS, Cvent event management, and Explorance assessment and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an annual delivery calendar, ensuring effective planning and preparation.
- Manage project plans in real-time, using tools such as Asana.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and opportunities.
- Oversee online platforms and eLearning sites, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and collect performance data.
- Lead a team, providing coaching, mentoring, feedback, and guidance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive-level program delivery.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Advanced technical skills, including knowledge of online video conferencing tools and relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business partners to deliver online and face-to-face programs.
- Assigning resources and ensuring adequate support for program delivery.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling and logistics.
