Senior Rehabilitation Therapist

As a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist with our partner organisation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional occupational therapy services to individuals and families.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing rehabilitation services to clients with disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the well-being of our community.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals;
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to enhance functional abilities;
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery;
• Promote education and awareness about occupational therapy and its benefits within the community;
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in practice.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

• $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience);

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification;
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a rehabilitation setting;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues;
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
