As a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist with our partner organisation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional occupational therapy services to individuals and families.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing rehabilitation services to clients with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for occupational therapy and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to develop and implement individualised plans, promoting independence, autonomy, and empowerment for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals;
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to enhance functional abilities;
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Promote education and awareness about occupational therapy and its benefits within the community;
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in practice.
Our partner organisation is a well-established provider of NDIS services, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience);

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification;
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a rehabilitation setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues;
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
