About the RoleBreitling SA is seeking a skilled Watchmaker to join its After-sales Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing various technical operations in the watchmaking process on all Breitling products.
Key Responsibilities- Repair of Breitling Watches: Your primary focus will be on repairing Breitling watches to the highest standards, using correct tools and techniques.
- Conducting Repairs: You will conduct repairs following established methods, procedures, and technical criteria outlined by Breitling.
- Productivity and Efficiency: You will strive to achieve a minimum productivity target of 80% and maintain a high level of efficiency in your work.
- Workshop Maintenance: You will be responsible for the care and maintenance of your assigned workbench, tools, and equipment, as well as common workshop equipment.
- Communication and Teamwork: You will communicate effectively with your supervising manager and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
- Experience and Certification: You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Watchmaker with WOSTEP or similar certification.
- Technical Skills: You must have a good level of concentration, excellent eye/hand coordination, and a strong understanding of customers' expectations.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: You must be able to manage targets and deadlines, and be a problem-solver who can adapt to changing situations.
- Language Skills: You must be fluent in English.
