About the Christmas Casual Role

We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Melbourne City during our busiest time of year. As a Christmas Casual, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create memorable interactions with customers
  • Support your colleagues to achieve sales and KPI goals
  • Maintain stock levels - receive, replenish, and keep shelves well-stocked
  • Pick and pack online orders for dispatch
  • Ensure the store remains organized and tidy
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Affable personality and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, or similar fashion categories is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Capacity to learn and adapt quickly
