Care Coordination Manager

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordination Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of the Family Services programs, including managing staff, external partnerships, compliance, and administration.

The role involves managing projects, overseeing evaluations, and working with stakeholders, as well as providing casework and case management services for Aboriginal children in out-of-home care.

You will lead our research team, employ a culturally sensitive approach, and build relationships and trust with Aboriginal families and communities.

This is a fixed-term opportunity that offers a chance to make a significant impact on the lives of Aboriginal children and families at the early stages of the child protection system.

  • Oversee the strategic and operational management of the Family Services programs
