Our business is growing rapidly, seeking an experienced Digital Merchandiser to join our marketing team. This role involves optimising sales and engagement through brand partner performance.
As a Digital Merchandiser, you will work proactively and independently with a strong start-up mentality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to merchandise the website and app with appropriate offers; plan the location of product offers on the site to increase visibility and support a user-friendly experience.
- Analyse and improve offer performance through optimised copy and destination links, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships teams to deliver effective partner marketing, based on thematic plans and partner objectives.
- Work closely with the product team to identify critical product development goals and act as 'product owner' for the member-facing offer sections of the website and app.
- Proven track record of working as a Digital Merchandiser or Ecommerce Marketer, with experience in planning and delivering key digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with effective copywriting skills to craft compelling content.
- Ability to identify commercial opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Proficient in analysing and interpreting sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a start-up or entrepreneurial setting.
