Duty Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all operational tasks are completed to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking charge of team work, guiding and inspiring team members
  • Ensuring that the team is fully briefed and trained on any new or amended products, services, and promotional activities
  • Collaborating with other departments, including kitchen and floor teams, to maintain consistent levels of service
  • Liaising with General Managers to address any issues that arise during each shift
  • Maintaining the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a management or leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A willingness to take initiative and lead by example
