We are seeking experienced and passionate educators to join our department as Secondary School Teachers.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating inclusive classrooms that support student wellbeing and learning. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum
  • Create inclusive classrooms that support student wellbeing and learning
  • Use effective behaviour management and build positive relationships
  • Assess, track and report on student progress
  • Engage with families and communities as part of your teaching practice
Requirements:
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Teacher Registration Board NT
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
  • If you completed your teacher education after July 2016: proof of LANTITE test completion required
