The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in the store's leadership structure. Key objectives include driving sales growth, maximising key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering exceptional customer experiences, and optimising operational metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to identify and exceed sales opportunities and targets
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers through proactive engagement
  • Manage customer appointments, including corporate clients and wedding parties
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to address customer feedback
  • Train the team on service and selling standards
  • Foster a positive culture within the store team
  • Support the Store Manager in data analysis, operational management, and staff recruitment and retention
