Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. This role involves contributing to the design, maintenance, and support of critical infrastructure and network communications equipment.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, engage in real-world problem-solving, and participate in digitisation initiatives for industrial operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support and manage server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and virtualization (VMware)
  • Implement and maintain endpoint protection, backups, disaster recovery, and system monitoring
  • Leverage expertise in proprietary control systems (ABB, Siemens, Allen Bradley) and historian systems (OSIsoft PI)
  • Design and manage secure IP networks, incorporating VLANs, firewalls, and DMZ zones
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Proficiency in server hardware, operating systems, IP networking, and network security
  • Experience with endpoint security systems (e.g., McAfee VSE, ENS, ePO)
  • Strong analytical skills and escalation management
  • Hands-on experience with IT systems (1+ year)
  • Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA)
