Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to play a key role in shaping the lives of young children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging educational programs, providing a nurturing environment, and observing and documenting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing age-appropriate educational programs
  • Providing a stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity
  • Observing and documenting children's learning and development
  • Building strong relationships with children and their families
  • Collaborating with the broader early learning team
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant Early Childhood education qualification (e.g. Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education)
  • Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Educator (preferably in long day care or preschool setting)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
