The Role

This part-time Retail Assistant role requires you to provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice, maintain store appearance, and handle transactions efficiently.

You will be working collaboratively with your team, helping customers find the perfect fit, and bringing a positive attitude to every shift.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, values great service, and is looking for flexible and rewarding work in a friendly retail setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized and visually appealing
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
  • Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
  • Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
About You
  • Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers' lives
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales/retail role in a team environment
  • Able to commit to a shift pattern and some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
  • You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg
  • A team player with a positive attitude
