CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support services to individuals with disabilities.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized support and care. You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of others to ensure they work effectively to deliver high-quality services to our clients, while supporting with administration involved in the day-to-day running of the programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to clients with disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support clients in participating in community activities and achieving their personal goals.
  • Mentor and supervise support workers, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and care provided.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Selection Criteria Includes:

  • Previous experience in a disability support role.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, Microsoft suite, and systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a willingness to learn rosters.
  • Provide support and assistance to teams with program delivery, including both hands-on support and administration.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
