Job Description:

As a Facilities Manager, you will provide facilities management services and technical advice across Coles state-of-the-art Distribution Centre. You will oversee the efficient and effective operation of the site, including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff, and waste management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements.
  • Manage annual facilities operations, identifying and prioritising funds to support required services.
  • Drive continuous improvement, implementing and developing safety standards and procedures, including conducting audits across the site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Technical stream – advantageous.
  • Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment.
  • Strong administration, planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships.
