Program Manager

Job Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of a core platform replacement project. This is a critical role that requires expertise in delivering technology projects of significant scale and complexity.

Key responsibilities include defining program scope, overseeing delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, assuring procurement activities, establishing governance, and leading and mentoring program management teams.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in program management, leadership, and team building abilities, particularly in the context of organisational change. Experience in supporting the development of business cases at a strategic level is also essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise and passion for program management to a large Financial Services institute.
