Registered Mental Health Clinician - Intake Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Clinician to join our team in an exciting opportunity for a professional with intake experience.

  • Support the Admissions operations at Ramsay Northside and Cremorne Clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance and effective risk management processes.
  • Provide professional, compassionate and timely responses to all enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Allied Health.
  • Minimum two (2) years' post-graduate experience.
  • Experience in mental health intake services preferred.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded.
  • Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer service approach.
