At Reece Group, we're seeking a skilled Plumbing Retail Specialist to join our Bathroom and Plumbing team in Warwick. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

About the role

As a Plumbing Retail Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
  • Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
  • Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
  • Supporting the Trade Counter Sales team as required

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow
  • Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network, or head office
