About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to join our leadership team at Trinity Catholic College. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our college.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the campus operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Catholic education to students
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Principal to design and implement effective learning strategies and improvement initiatives
  • Oversee student engagement and management plans, ensuring equity and access for all students
  • Manage escalated student, parent, and staff concerns and queries
  • Stay abreast of contemporary research in teaching and learning and non-educational school operations
  • Ensure all work activities align with the college's vision, mission, values, and capability framework
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualifications or a Master's in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or a relevant educational field
  • Category E accreditation or agreement to meet these requirements in the first contract term
