Job Description

We're seeking an experienced line chef to join our casual pool. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Casual Position
  • FIFO from Perth
  • Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities

  • Buffet style bulk cooking for Breakfast, Dinner and Crib Lunch, Dessert and Pastries
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room employees
  • Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures
  • Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to the minimum

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
  • Bulk Catering Experience
  • Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
  • Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines
