Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through innovative solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, maintain, or transform solutions trusted by Australians.
  • Lead analysis of medium-scale, complex changes and manage independent initiatives.
  • Supervise 1-2 other analysts and use modelling and analysis tools.
  • Introduce change into large enterprises and work with transformation projects and teams.
Business Analysis Capabilities
  • Plan business analysis: approach, effort estimation, stakeholder communication, progress monitoring, plan adaptation.
  • Elicit and communicate: investigate business environment, build shared understanding, facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
  • Manage requirements lifecycle: organize repositories, trace relationships, prioritize, manage changes.
  • Analyse business context: identify capabilities, processes, data, rules; assess risks and consequences.
  • Develop requirements: specify goals, design changes, validate requirements.
  • Evaluate solutions: assess performance, identify limitations, recommend improvements.
