Senior Fashion Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of personal style and exceptional original design skill, with the ability to express themselves through illustrations.

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of seasonal Swim & Resort collections, working closely with the Design Team and Senior Design Directors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design process from concept inception to finalisation under the brand's Creative Director
  • Researching creative ideas and providing design input into relevant collections
  • Creating hand and technical drawings for pattern makers and production use
  • Attending fittings and collaborating with Senior Design Directors and patternmakers to ensure quality and brand standards are met
  • Developing seasonal artworks alongside the Textile team
  • Working with textile designers on print creation and presentation

To be successful in this role, you will possess a fashion design degree from an Australian or international institution and have achieved outstanding results in both coursework and external competitions. You will also have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with a designer brand, advanced understanding of garment construction, fit and finishes, and excellent technical drawing skills.
