About the Role

As a Commercial Contract Manager at Transport for NSW, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing contract management processes and strategies for Ferry services within Greater Sydney.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. The proposed changes do not impact the availability of flexible working arrangements.

You will actively manage strategic and transactional aspects of contract management to ensure that contracts are consistent with government priorities, Transport for NSW strategic directions, and value for money options for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract management processes and strategies
  • Manage end-to-end contract management activities
  • Actively manage strategic and transactional aspects of contract management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in Contract Management ideally within a commercial environment. Experience matters most, but qualifications in procurement, law, commerce, business or a related field will be highly regarded.

You must have exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, and have a strong working knowledge of contract principles.
