Speech Pathologist

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Speech Pathologists to join our team at HealthcareLink Support. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and with various diagnoses and conditions. You will use evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.
- Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.
- Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license (travel allowances provided)
